Duncan Westley arrived in Santa Barbara from England after graduating from Manchester University with a B.A. in Art History & English Literature. Starting in sales with a fledgling newspaper named Night Light Magazine, he rapidly rose to become the Vice President of Marketing and Advertising within the first year. After the first five years of rapid growth and being instrumental in the merger with a competitor, the Santa Barbara Independent was born. The company grew from $40,000 annual income to $3.5 million. Duncan was solely responsible for an eighteen-person sales and design department, and the marketing and branding of the Independent from it’s inception.

After ten years Duncan left the Independent to start a competing weekly newspaper named Metro, as co-owner, Art Director and Marketing Director. That same week, after four months of design and construction, he also opened the Wildcat Lounge, as co-owner, creator and operator. He soon relinquished his interest in Metro to focus on the nightlife industry, also opening & operating Madhouse Lounge as a sole proprietor. Having sold both establishments by 2002 Duncan spent the next four years as a design and business consultant working with established businesses and start-ups.

For the first half of 2007 Duncan teamed up with an associate to help form New Leaders, an agile web design company, as CEO and Project Manager. While there, he managed major web development projects for companies such as FRS Energy Drink, Zengo Travel, Revenue Science, Archetype Media, SocialVibe, Rocketstream, ProCore, Zuberance, and more. After accomplishing his goals with this start-up, in the second half of 2007 Duncan formed his own company, Reolo Design working with EMI Records, APM Music, bioIQ, Archetype Media, Aurell Blumer Architects and others. Later in 2007 he partnered with longtime associate Art Fisher of InColor to form Vox Media Studios with a focus on Content Management System website development.

A Arthur Fisher took his first programming class in 1978, shortly thereafter presiding over the computer club at Los Gatos High School, a top-rated school adjacent to the then, newly budding, Silicon Valley. Hailing to Santa Barbara in 1983, Mr. Fisher relocated to study at UCSB's College of Engineering. Concurrent with his formal education, he received an introduction to real-world business while he co-owned four different restaurants, a computer consulting firm, and contracted as a freelance graphic designer.

Soon after receiving a BA in Mechanical Engineering in 1989, Mr. Fisher left the restaurant industry to focus on the newly emerging field of digital publishing. In 1991 he took his company to the public when he opened In Color with a storefront and cast of talented employees. In 1993 he got his first taste of Unix through IBM's AIX and SGI's Irix operating systems. Following the digital publishing trend led Mr. Fisher to expand his focus to digital visual communications, to include the then new publishing domain of the Internet

By 1996, Mr. Fisher was dedicating substantial time educating himself with BSD Unix, configuring this OS to first run In Color's mail server, and soon their web site and job log. In 1999, he sold In Color's parent corporation to a new company, iParq, LLC, that he co-formed to revolutionize the parking industry by applying Internet technology and his patent pending new parking permit invention, the iPermit. Today, millions rely on the iPermit and iParq's products and services every day.

After leaving iParq in 2001, Mr. Fisher enrolled in the world-renown SANS Institute, graduating with honors in Internet Security and Network Systems. Even today, his thesis is in the top-ten most read papers in the SANS Reading Room library. It was also at this time that he began to pursue commercially his passion for photography, marrying it with his thorough understanding of digital publishing and fine art printing, resulting in A Arthur Fisher Photography.

After reviving In Color that year, digital visual communications encompassed A Arthur Fisher's repertoire more than ever. He has since grown into a seasoned, professional photographer, a print-production specialist, a Unix system administrator, and a specialist in Content Management Systems (CMS).

For Mr. Fisher, Vox Media Studios is the next logical step, a venue in which to apply the now mature CMS concept to businesses and organizations.
